HKEX: Empress (00286) will be delisted from 13 October

   EETimes (8 Oct) - The Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 13 October 2026, the listing status of Empress (00286) will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules.

   The Exchange stated that the company failed to comply with the exchange's conditions for resumption of trading by 20 August 2026. On 25 September 2026, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. (hp)
