How to Determine Whether a Short-Term Rebound Wave Has Officially Begun?

‘Warrants Passion’ Among the major business categories, the telecom industry, consumer staples, and utilities are currently performing the strongest in the short term. In addition, among the 150 securities monitored by the author, the securities with the highest short-term speculative value are currently China Mobile (00941), Nongfu Spring (09633), and Master Kong (00322), which can serve as references when buying related call warrants or bull certificates for profit. As for securities to reference when buying related put warrants or bear certificates for short-term profit, HSBC Holdings (00005), SMIC (00981), and Standard Chartered Group (02888) should be the top choices.

Moreover, the sectors currently performing the strongest in the ultra-short term are consumer staples, telecom, and consumer discretionary. In addition, among the 150 securities monitored by the author, the securities with the highest ultra-short-term speculative value are currently China Mobile, Nongfu Spring, and China Mengniu (00151), which can serve as references when buying related call warrants or bull certificates for profit. As for securities to reference when buying related put warrants or bear certificates for ultra-short-term profit, the top choices should be WuXi Biologics (02269), Hansoh Pharmaceutical (03692), and SMIC.

Last Friday (9th), not only were holders within the heavily loaded bullish warrant zone of the Hang Seng Index (HSI) at 23600-23699 not attacked by large bearish players, but some bearish warrant holders were actually liquidated by large bullish players, although the number was not large. This proves that after the HSI dropped to the low level on Thursday (8th), large bearish players no longer fully control the situation and have retreated to defend higher levels. If today (12th), large bullish players can forcibly redeem all bearish warrants within the heavily loaded bearish warrant zone of the HSI, it will confirm their successful recapture of market control. Furthermore, if tomorrow (13th) they achieve another victory, with all holders within the new heavily loaded bearish warrant zone of the HSI being liquidated, we can boldly assume that a short-term rebound wave in the Hong Kong stock market has officially begun. The current heavily loaded bearish warrant zone of the HSI is located at 24500-24599, comprising 37 bearish warrants; if the HSI is pushed up to 24599 by large bullish players, a total of 97 bearish warrants will be forcibly redeemed, generating the force equivalent to 2,149 HSI futures short positions.
