HSI extends its drop to 500+ pts and is now at 20,964

[ET Net News Agency, 16 April 2025] The Hang Seng Index extended its fell to more than
500 points, or 502 points to 20,963. The Hang Seng Index now fell 502 points, or 2.3% to
20,963; with market turnover of 95.82b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now fell 225
points, or 2.8% to 7,757; the Hang Seng TECH Index now fell 213 points, or 4.3% to 4,768.
MEITUAN-W (03690) now fell HK$10.9, or 7.4% to HK$135.9, with turnover of HK$4.83b;
XIAOMI-W (01810) fell HK$2.65, or 6.1% to HK$40.45, with turnover of HK$5.42b; BABA-W
(09988) fell HK$5.1, or 4.6% to HK$104.8, with turnover of HK$6.17b. (ed)
