It is currently at HK$60.35 on Phillip's grey market, 49% higher than the grey market's
IPO price of HK$40.5. Based on 100 shares per lot, excluding handling fees, the book value
gain per lot is HK$1,985. It is currently at HK$57 on Bright Smart's grey market, 40.7%
higher than the grey market's IPO price. The book value gain per lot is HK$1,650.
